I like that the IPC is updateable via USB. I thought I read somewhere that others had to update via CAN and it was taking 6+ hours.

It said 12 mins minimum when I started and I was at 20 when that honey walked by so... no clue.

Mine showed the restart prompt after about 10minutes it was only 177Mb in files. I shut it off and started my 12 min timer. I have 8 minutes until I return and see if it was successful.

The install until restart is 12mins so you should be done....

I would close the door and lock it when I was in shut-down-restart mode.
I really don't know if it helps, but I have an old Porsche and if you don't lock it up it doesn't completely shut down the bus for a couple of days.

Ugh... I'm not playing this game with the restart crap. I'm updating it over CAN right now.

These IPC's have fans on them. As soon as the second stage of the programming hit the fan came on and they are surprisingly loud when everything in the vehicle is powered off.
