Shows an image where? When you click account top right? Then it says “my vehicles” ?

On ford.com -> my account. The lightning image was not showing until today, previously it was a generic vehicle's silhouette like on the right. Clicking on it doesn't give you anything useful (for now) If you don't see your truck there you need to click Add Vehicle and enter your vin.

It's not much but even an image gets me excited considering how long this wait is.

Lots of excitement in this thread today. As someone who went on the same ride you're currently on and as someone who watches each build week strap in on a weekly basis, here's a few things that I have noticed:

• If your modules are populating, your truck is currently in production even if the tracker doesn't have a production date.
• If you have a tear tag, your truck is effectively built.
• Chip Holds are not a novel occurrence and almost every truck gets put on this hold. Despite this, trucks are moving to a built status in about 12 days, and in recent weeks we've seen it slide down to about 10. Keep in mind that this is an average and we've seen as short as 3 and as long as 35. Some will win and some will lose. In summary though, a chip hold is not a death sentence. It's just part of the process.
• Even if you're still in production but you truck is sitting at "Ramp 51", this is positive news. In all my tracking, I've never heard of a truck going from Ramp 51 to anywhere other than a Railcar. Keep in mind that you may not get on a railcar quickly, but it is a step forward.
• This one is very important. Take everything Ford CS tells you with a grain of salt. You can call three times on the same day and get three different answers. Each CS rep has access to the same information, but what I've seen is that each rep can also interpret that information differently.
• In general, the date range the CS rep will give you is the date range your truck is estimated to be delivered. (The keyword here is ESTIMATED) The date range I was given back before my truck was built ended up being accurate within 3 days but others have seen their estimated date range slide further away week after week. If your estimated date range is in 2022, that is very positive, but don't get your hopes up. For the MY23 trucks, I record the last day in the date range given to users by Ford CS/The tracker and I will not update that date even if the user is given a new date range. What I have seen is that on average, trucks are getting delivered 1 day before the last date of their original estimated delivery date range.
• The vehicle visibility report, which is what Ford CS and your dealer use to give you updates from, can sometime be very out of date. If your truck is stuck in one location for days on end, it possible the report is not up-to-date. Once my truck shipped, its location was Ramp 51 for a week and then suddenly one day it appeared at the final yard in San Antonio.

Buddy, we had a back and forth earlier today already LOL. Modules populated earlier today and Tear Tag is there, too. I feel like these next few weeks will go by like molasses. I did have my Sunrun appointment last Friday, too. Waiting on a quote.

I did a Ford Chat myself and she said my vehicle was produced 12/9 with estimated delivery of 12/25-12/30. She wouldn't clarify weather it was "built" or on a chip hold but to contact my dealer for more info. I want to be excited but I'm expecting a January delivery

I couldn't get estimated delivery date today but if it is anything like yours, I may be able to get the estimate tomorrow and it may be 12/27-1/1.

Despite what they say, hope is a terrible thing.

I think the estimates are just them pointing at calendar day two week from the day you ask. It's like I've seen on other post you ask 3 agents and get 3 answers. I'm checking the tracker but Ill call my dealer Friday if I don't see an update in my status just to get some kind of idea.

I think the PCM is for a ICE motor/transmission so they don't get that on BEV

I heard sometimes chip holds can be short lived. We will keep our fingers crossed that is the case for you. I have a tow tech package and may get the same info soon. Hang in there.
