Seems to be a problem unique to Microsoft Edge. Google Chrome and Mozilla FireFox work fine. Clearing cookies and site data for www.ford.com does not fix things for Edge (shop.ford.com and www.ford.com don't want to go away. After they're deleted from under ford.com, they're restored as "0 byte" items!). Setting Edge to clear site data on closing for www.ford.com doesn't help either. Paradoxically, "MS Edge" on my iPhone works, but then per Apple's edict, all browsers on iOS are just skins to the WebKit rendering engine...
No issues today with FireFox (most recent Extended Support Release) through FiOS on a Windows 7 PC, didn't need to flush/clear cache or do anything special.

I did notice yesterday (or maybe the day before) on my Lenevo Google/Android tablet that the FordPass app seemed to have changed - FordPass forgot my login and password, so I had to enter it again, then when the app opened it was different, an updated app I guess.

Always something with compooters, just wait until everything depends on "AI" - omg.

Yup, I was hoping I would find it under this tab but.... no.... the history link is not showing.

My new favorite on this screen is the Action Required for a service update...no option to see what it is, but we will let you book a visit...I also have the Action Recommended for Tires I think...but, my tires are inflated to the recommended levels and only have 6k miles on them...

I will say, I am finally able to see vehicle health data again. But, no software updates since September update failure. Took to my dealer as recommended by Ford, but they are worthless and asked me what I meant by a CSP when I listed out the BCM CSP from Ford.

I would be done with Ford if there was a better alternative to the Lightning. CyberTruck is hideous, the Silverado EV is made with Cheap materials and not fun to drive, the Rivian is to small, I have not looked at the Sierra EV yet, assume it has slightly better materials, but likely drives just like the Silverado.

@Ford Motor Company - you have to get the software down and provide transparency. I am still waiting for the BlueCruise update promised in 2022...

Dang, I've actually received 10 updates in the last 90 days. That's an impressive pace for Ford.
