Couldn't one disconnect the system from the OBD-2 port, manually charge the battery, and have a device that flashes LEDs at a person too close to the vehicle, perhaps avoiding a problem?

You'd have to hack it.Couldn't one disconnect the system from the OBD-2 port, manually charge the battery, and have a device that flashes LEDs at a person too close to the vehicle, perhaps avoiding a problem?
I think we’re going to see the results of the Canopy purchase in the near future. It would make sense if Ford bought them for the software with a plan to eventually integrate the hardware into a new image processing module and use the hi mount camera.
Glad I was able to help with my 2023 that gets nothing now lol.Agreed, for 2024 and up. Soon.
That’s what I’m wondering.Yeah that sucks. So the question is, can the 2024 Camera be retrofitted or is Ford going to have a surprise for all of us. Is the 2024 camera different at all.

Yeah - well I noted what I did because it looks like Ford released the same version of the app to the Beta testers as they did the general population at the same time. That doesn't usually happen.Well, I don’t know about 2024 and below… 2024 and up…. There’s a reason this thread all of a sudden popped up![]()
Hilarious!!! Here I was thinking Test Flight was the only one released lol….Yeah - well I noted what I did because it looks like Ford released the same version of the app to the Beta testers as they did the general population at the same time. That doesn't usually happen.
