Possibly, you have to remove the black plastic trim piece on the lower front side of the rear wheel well. On the rear part of the wheel well I used the lower inner most hole, removed the push tab, pushed the flare in and up and pushed the tab back in. You don't remove the plastic trim piece in the rear. Can you post a picture of the mud flap from the inside of the wheel well?

Unfortunately I don't think these flares will fit with the mud flaps. They curve under the bed where the mad flaps are. I think you would have to do some heavy trimming on the flares to make it work.

I REALLY wanted those when I added flares to my truck. They were my first choice, but the fact that they don't come down to the front bumper was not something I would have been able to live with, so I took a different route. I absoultely love how they look in comparison to anything else there including the Air Design ones I went with.

I don't have a Lightning, but these should fit on these trucks, too. The fit on these were PERFECT. Air Design is officially licensed by Ford and can be purchased directly from the Ford Accessories catalog. Like the OP, my wheel/combo tire poked out, so I kinda needed flares. I still like the overall look of the Rough Country ones more, but after having them on my truck for some time now, they have grown on me and I like them a lot.

Finally someone shared photos showing the actual compatibility issues between the ICE F150 and Lightning. In my opinion they are minor.
Huge thanks @Mcfly !!! Now I feel more confident to try installing fender flares from ICE model.

Took around 2 hrs for the install. I had to drill 2 holes on each side for the rears, inner lip of the fender.

Is this for a 2015-2020 ICE body? You could 3D print a few gap eliminators.
I purchased a set of 2015-2020 Duraflex Raptor flares, (Don't let the name fool you, they are fiberglass) but they are still in the box.

Great idea! I could do some measurements and hit up someone with a 3d printer.

They are for the ice 2021 and up.

I removed the flares and added a strip of .5 inch double sided clear automotive 3m tape where they touch the fenders. Re installed. Did a line of paint tape before removal so I knew where to lay the 3m tape. Hopefully this keeps damage at bay.
