Ended up being "the A/C line"... waiting on the truck and paperwork to come back this afternoon via Service Valet. Estimated at around $2k with a replacement key fob, so I'm happy I made the $1590 ESP purchase from Granger.
Since it was covered under the ESP, I'm presuming it failed. Can't imagine they wouldn't have opted to deny the claim if there was physical damage.
Where does the replacement key fob come in?
I did. Normal level. I even felt the reservoir and it wasn’t warm.
Yeah... my wife "misplaced" a fob about a year ago. Finally realized the ESP would cover it when the A/C issue came up so had both handled in the one visit.

I think it entirely depends on the quality of the dealership involved. I had zero issues getting my AC line replaced under the ESP. I'd never buy a third-party plan, however, those are usually just crap.

I had a compressor failure in March and the motor temp rose just using PPO for an hour or 2 at 0degC ambiant temp.
The motors are cooled by the loop and chillers(x2 for max tow).my best guess is that the PPO heat was circulating but not being cooled, the motor temp sensors saw the transfer before the battery. The temp in my picture is still within normal operating limits. The drive was shut off by the compressor failure sending a code.
