Customer initiated method to reset service reminder shown in Ford App? Fix-#9

I was proactive about getting my 30K service done prior to the pending deadline, yet the reminder still persists on Ford App, now showing overdue at this point, a subsequent reminder for the upcoming 40K is also listed.

Maybe the technician failed to push a button when I left the truck with them for the service and recall work?

Google search turns up procedures for ICE vehicles through MY2025, it does not work on my 2022 For 150 Lightning Lariat.

I've sent a voice feedback to the hive-mind at Dearborn, suggesting a customer method to do this process on Lightnings. @Ford Motor Company feedback to quality control at dealerships and design enhancements for the Lightning Sync

Is there a way to do the reset with OBD2 Car-Scanner, FDRS, Forscan?

For my last service the reminder took quite awhile to go away. Probably 3 weeks or so. I even asked the dealership about it and they said they did their part and it was on Fords end.

My self service entry done the day I picked up the truck as well as the dealer initiated entry appear when viewing the tab.

Have my truck in for the latest recall work, also asked the SA if there was a way to clear the reminder on the Ford App that my 30K is overdue, when as stated above it's already completed.

Hour later I got a call back, they looked for a way to reset but couldn't find a way in the system or FDRS, they were able to reprogram the module concerning parking pawl control with no issues, but need to wait for a replacement lightbar ordered from the depot, hopefully that will be done by Friday.

He suggested making an entry on the App for the 30k service manually completed now might cause the reminder to 'go away' I'll try that when I pick up the truck at the end of the week after they close the 2 RO's for the recall work.

@Ford Motor Company I need a fix for this issue.

The service center has no way to turn off the 30k service reminder, blaming the Ford App for flawed data.

I've taken "ALL" of the suggested steps including a BUG REPORT on the FORD APP in Android / Google Play Store

Mine is doing the same thing for 40K service. Ford Pass engineers are amazing at their job. I need to go work for them because I can get paid for doing nothing and writing code that doesn’t work and is full of errors and bugs, like this post I just wrote

It worked, today we crested the 31k mark and the overdue status cleared..

They haven't closed out the tailgate light bar recall yet, I'm sure it's just a matter of time for that to close out as well.
