And this morning I successfully used the $25 credit from four promo codes at one of the local EVgo stations not far from my house.

I finally saw that in the app last night in the Payments & Billing > Transactions menu.

And it also does tell you when the credit balance goes away... I did some Christmas stuff, then charged at the end of January, which was more than 30 days after applying the codes, and it was still there (I checked morning of trip). Ridiculous 50 cents per kWh, as compared to Tesla at ~35 cents, but took all $30.50 I had and used it up. Otherwise, I never charge at EVgo.

Got ~$24.50 of juice in Chehalis, WA courtesy of OP! I got to see Mt Saint Helens visitor center. See attached photo not of the Volcano, b/c while I was smart enough to check for rain, I wasn't smart enough to check for fog. Either way, some nice lilypads for ya!

5DR and 10DR gave me an error code saying the promo code has reached the limit of redemptions. 5DU worked.

Got my $25 credit today. Tax and session charge put me over my $25 credit and resulted in a $2.67 payment in the app. $0.69 /kWh is steep, but I got nearly 35 kWh in 13 minutes.

Just making sure: these promo codes work at Pilot/Flying J chargers, correct? I’m planning a trip tomorrow and don’t want to be caught charging at 65¢/kwh if I can help it.

I can’t speak for all promos. However the ones in this thread I used at Pilot / Flying J locations as pictured in the comment you quoted.

Did the charger you used also include this message about being on the extend network? I am taking a trip next week and was hoping to use my credits but the message on the app has me questioning if it’ll work.

Try the codes into your app. If they work you can use them at any EVgo location. My guess is that they are no longer available.
