Wow, thx for sharing all of these links, especially the shared threads, @digitaldad!

I wrote my OP after browsing every single thread in the “Lighting mod” forum because I misread it as “Lightning mods”! As you might expect, 98% of the posts were indeed about lights. The other 2% were about various other mods that were likely misplaced. I found it surprising that this community of owners was so into lighting but otherwise satisfied with their suspension. I posted in that forum, then subsequently found Suspension/Chassis and asked the mods to move my thread. I hadn’t yet found the shared threads.

Anyhow, I was really hoping to learn what people matched with the Bilstein 6112 up front, because I have personal experience with it, and that info came quickly. From there I was just engaging with everyone who took the time to share their experience with me, for which I’m very grateful.

SO retired!
I'll give an update on my setup:
I definitely need to add UCA (still on to-do-list), should have done it up at the same time. (It drives fine etc., but just a visual inspection makes it obvious that they are going to wear out very prematurely at the current angle.)

I really pushed the tire size knowing I'd have to trim the bumper some. I'm driving it as it was in the original post, but need to trim another 1/4 to 1/2 inch for the more extreme turn/compression times. If I'd done the same height tire, but narrower option I think I would not have had to trim, or at least no more than where it is at currently.

I LOVE the Eibach shocks. I'm also very happy with the wheel spacers (those were the thing I most hesitated on). I re-tightened them at about 500 miles and have had zero concerns since then.

Also the puck and longer shocks up front seems to be a flawless combination so far.

I've put thousands of miles on it since the mods (roughly 3000-5000), almost all on-road unfortunately.

Hi, I’m just about to install Eibach fronts and set them to +2.1” to level the truck, I appreciate I will have to adjust headlights however I’m worried about BlueCruise working correctly once done, has anyone had experience with this.

I installed the Eibach shocks only and re-used the oem springs. Front was maxed out at 2.6" and rear at 0.3" according to eibach spec. I also should have done the uca's at the same time but will have to do that later (considering dirt king uca). It all works well for now. I've taken the truck offroad with both oem & eibach. I certainly felt the difference without any float but that may also be due to more clearance and upgraded 18" Toyo AT3 tires. I did not adjust my headlights and the bluecruise works as it did w/ oem.

I'm pretty sure it's the Eibachs that eliminated the Lightning float. I switched 10+ thousand miles ago while keeping the same tires, and the float never returned.

Congrats!

With the Eibachs only front and rear, am I able to lower the rear 1 inch?

Every Eibach shock for the Lightning has a height ring for the lower spring perch. In tandem, these shock rings can keep the OEM stance (all on their lowest positions on the shock body), or they can raise the front, or they can raise all four corners, or can raise all four corners but raise the front more.

In other words, if Your goal is to level the truck a bit the answer is "yes" by raising the front more.

Hope this helps.

The Eibach kit (front/rear) and the Bilstein 6112 (fronts) are what most people post about on this forums. The Bilstein are actually the gas f150 part seems to work fine for those of us who have it on including me. I paid a shop to put it on for me but AFAIK the front is basically the same as the gas f150 installation.
What is the Bilstein 6112 part number that works on the lightning?
