Water Leaking Through Sunroof Controls

Same issue of clogged drains happens with convertibles. My Boxster is prone to this issue. I purchased a trombone cleaner brush which does the trick of clearing blockages, and you get to answer the question "why do you have a trombone cleaner?"

As a music teacher, I approve of this! A trombone cleaner is likely too big (the brush ends), but a trombone mouthpiece cleaner may work at the entrance of the drain tubes.

Furthermore, I re angled the truck and poured another, entire LITER OF WATER into each respective drain area, and just as you suspected — it drained fine.

Recommendation from a guy on the internet: If you’re expecting a heavy rain, do not park on flat surface.

Looks like water is damaging the glue too on the headliner. I’ll take a look at mine later today to help compare.

Did you ever resolve this? I've had mine in three times now for this same issue. I also get the "could not replicate" response from the dealer. But I take video and pictures of the water dripping from the headliner and show them.
