You will need to unplug the comma until you get the coupler then if you'd like to use your AC. If you're handy with a multi meter, i can get you a breakout board and tell you which pins to ohm out.
If anyone with a 24+ lightning is having an issue with the AC AFTER they received the coupler (Temp fix or permanent fix) and are willing to work with me to figure out what is different than older models, I will provide a free coupler, or refund the cost of the adapter.
The theory at the...
Yes, some have been unable to use the comma power with the coupler though. The errors have to clear before your AC will work again. Sitting overnight usually resolves it. You may try disconnecting the comma power and see if the issue comes back.
You can also clear it manually if you have a way...
If you have the AC issue, it will resolve with the coupler. It usually sticks around until cleared otherwise.
Some have reported issues on the 24 specifically when comma power is in use with the coupler. But no one has responded back after its (assumed) resolved.
Well, seems that there is a longer process to import this batch due to it exceeding a value limit. The delivery expectation (to me) is still the 10th, so hopefully there is no delay due to customs.
A post on reddit came to my email today from the comma sub. They were asking about a broken screen after getting it in the mail. You might want to at least plug it into power to make sure yours isn't defective. Their support is typically quick to deny defects, especially if you have had it for a...
The diamond pattern isn't an indication of a knock off. I actually think it is an indicator of it being motorized. Mine did have the diamond pattern and 4 screws on the top instead of 3. The ring is also separate from the top piece on the motorized variants.
The main indicator for knockoffs I...
You can install it if you want. You will get startup errors, but you can unplug the long USB C cable from the harness box if it bothers you. Just decide where you want to put the coupler when it comes in if you do install it.
I sent you a DM. I can print you the cubby from endian if you want, ive been trying to figure out something to do with the rest of my glass filled ASA.
I'm not sure what the part number on the one you have is, but comparing them to the OEM motorized models, i believe it is an OEM shifter. I'm...
I think this may be motorized. Between the two I have (One motorized and one not) yours looks like the motorized version - 4 screws on top and the diamond bottom.
The original batch of 50 have all been sold. The incoming order is considerably larger, so I don't think I will run out soon.
Tracking shows the current batch is in Atlanta waiting for customs clearance.
