Yeah, I'm not seeing that anywhere.I got it on ebay for $100. It was the only one he was selling though unfortunately.
What tabs are you filing off and why?I messed the sticker up a bit while filing off the tabs, but i think it's safe to say the LX6Z and LX6P are interchangable and motorized.

Tried looking for pictures of what you’re explaining but haven’t found any . By mounting tabs do you mean in the truck or on the new parts? Just curious because I would what this reversible if need be .The mounting tabs, So it will fit in the cubby. I like this design much more than the ones with the mounting holes on the bottom.

I haven’t been able to find a lit base and motorized so I’m just going with the lit base for now.I just received my LX6Z-7P155-U from eBay. What is troubling to me is that I do not see FoMoCo stamped on the part, or the actual part number for that matter. It looks like they have been scratched out.
I am going to attach the eBay listing I purchased from along with an image of the part. Maybe someone can confirm they purchased from the same seller and installed without any issues. I am hesitant to even install it.
I am in the same boat as UncleTony. I feel like I want a motorized dial with an illuminated base/ring. However, I am having some trouble locating that.![]()

Thank you for explaining . So I don’t have to do this with the one I’m using.https://www.f150lightningforum.com/forum/threads/rotary-shifter-part-numbers.29588/post-551503
You file the mounting tabs off the rotary shifter and it drops in. It gives you more storage space and I was able to swap it without taking my console apart. It doesnt effect the ability to revert the truck itself back to stock. Only difference is that you end up with a rotary shifter without mounting tabs. I didn't like the idea at first, but tried it anyways and am glad I did.

I think this may be motorized. Between the two I have (One motorized and one not) yours looks like the motorized version - 4 screws on top and the diamond bottom. Here are those additional pics of the part I promised. I tried to take them with as much daylight bleeding in to aid in visibility.
if you look real close to the scratched out section, I can make out a Z and P. It shows up better on the first picture I posted.![]()

For the non-motorized, would the silver ring free spin, or be locked into place when it's not hooked up?I think this may be motorized. Between the two I have (One motorized and one not) yours looks like the motorized version - 4 screws on top and the diamond bottom.
