Not in my test earlier today. The running lights (not headlights) came on when the truck started climate control in a scheduled departure.

Another interesting variable. I have the DRLs turned off using FORscan. When I did my test the truck was not plugged in.

Result of test. Set a scheduled departure of 1130 Tuesday. About 5 minutes before, the Ford app showed Climate on, and walking outside I could hear the heat pump and the lights are on.

Yea, it's annoying. I have Silent (Dark) mode enabled in FORscan and also the headlights changed to default to whatever they were set for when truck turned off (normally OFF) and yet the running lights still come on when either a scheduled departure or manually turning on climate.

This is what I have: The active recall is the Upper Ball Joint and the CSP is the Gear Shift Module replacement. Dealer is waiting for the replacement GSM and then he'll do both.

PPO not showing on 6.1 on my Android.

I did not get it automatically, but checked the store and sure enough it's there. Installed fine. So have have not seen any differences. Interesting, I did not have any problem with start climate with 6.0.0.

Useful idea. I do have a 200 watt heater in the frunk that I use with a short interval timer to let the PPO stay on with the truck off and low or intermittent loads. I could use that if needed easily enough for emergency heat.

Congrats on the 100K miles! I'm on pace for 20,000 in my first year, but I retired 4 weeks ago so not doing about 1,000 per month for the commute. I am doing more fun driving however, so we'll see what my first year does...

Got it. Easier to just reach into my pocket and press the button on the fob than to pull out phone, unlock it, select Ford App and then then a couple button pushes to do the same thing...

Mine fits exactly like PJnc284's screen capture above on my Moto Edge except I don't have the Bluetooth controls button. I wonder why not. I have Ford version 6.0..0 202395.

In the Ford app, it's just "Jim's Lightning". However verbally it's usually "Big Blue". That is the same name of my previous truck - a 2003 Dodge RAM 2500 that was also dark blue. But at least your Lightning Flash will move a lot faster than DoH Flash.
