I was texted and emailed that I had a private offer. Idk how but when I went to the dealer to order an xlt was processed (though didn’t go through obviously). Didn’t even make sense cause I would never get black and at that time I was pro or bust.

ohhhh, a model year bump. i went to my fore dealer today. he showed me his computer that shows i have “something” there but there is no dollar value assigned. they said this was just like the bronco was.

I guess that’s a better way to put it lol. But what was odd was that from home obviously I could extend my res on pro and xlt but dealer said on their end they saw I should be able to get one. Went in right away, they logged in and said “oh we see you place an order already.” Super bizarre but I rode with it thinking I was lucky no matter what. So you went in today and they basically told you the same thing just “idk we’ll see when it’s built” type thing? Can’t help but feel like I’m being dragged along but just seeing where everyone else is at.

I'm just surprised to hear ordertrack.app was operational again. I'd been checking it daily for like two weeks since the crash... I thought he'd given up. What does "0 hours in status" mean?

Same I’m at <1 hour right now, I think possibly it left the ramp in MI and is en route to dealer now? I see the average time is 15 days which adds up to my ETA to dealer of 11/26…longest wait 82 days sheesh lol I want this years tax credits

Can't do a purchase order or order agreement before hand. Reason being that if truck arrived damged or on a hold or recall - the dealer gets dinged for not delivering if a purchase order was started. They generally don't want to open the smartvincent on your car since it "initiates" purchase process. Atleast thats the lip service explanation I got from my dealer - take it for what it's worth

So curious on if the MSRP or selling price will be discounted at sale. In NJ, if MSRP is under $55k there’s a $2k rebate. The text I received reads that way but idk… “MSRP will be adjusted”

Mine arrived last Wednesday at the dealership and was delivered to my house on Thursday. Taxes I paid were based on the original msrp and then the pco was applied for being a my22 invite Extender.

My ship date was not the 12th (still not official confirmation), but my estimated arrival date is "today". Not sure I'd bother updating that one because you're going to be changing it again lol.

You paid taxes on the MSRP PRE offer reduction? Thats a $600 kick in the nuts in my area of NY at least.

You should get both. Call customer service ask about the private offer. Ignore the highlighted XLT, that’s from another post

And here we go, my dealer is starting with the crap now that I asked them for an updated estimate on time. They said the private offer is to offset the October increase and I said no way, that's to offset the 22-23 increase for wave 1 invites. He said "He would check into it". We'll see...

Does anyone have any official Ford updated documentation on the price protection increases post order?
