I read somewhere that the blend date is when they "blend" the chassis with the body so most of the assembly could have been started early this week or even earlier.

I read that too, but I didn't expect the interior to be so finished. Again, I've not geeked out on the build process so much in the past because it doesn't seem like the customer base for the other vendors were so invested in the actual assembly, just the technology. Its been a lot of fun to learn, but my work productivity has diminished considerably.

Yes, I understand that to be the case, but my point is that the tracker is not current with action on the ground

Yep, great data point to have a photo of a truck being actually assembled even if it will be delayed slightly due to the defective shifter.
Never liked the idea of that shifter btw, seems unnecessarily complicated, I will really like the work surface though!

I’ve read a lot of speculation that factory spray bed liner install may be causing delays, but nothing of any substance…I believe this speculation is a hangover from previous production issues of the ICE version. ??

I actually just watched a couple videos from people that have their units delivered. 2 had spray in liners... So maybe it isn't much of an issue after all.

I got the sprayed in liner but wonder if it's not done yet as it hasn't left the plant. I'm checking. Either way there is no delay currently.
