I’ve gone ahead and CSX is now on speed dial for me. I have it programmed with the pauses to enter the prompt and rail cars…

Because you're not as lazy as I am.

For CSX: (800)235-2352,,,1,,
then just put your railcar initials followed by 3 more commas then the railcar numbers followed by 5 more commas followed by ##.

Awww come on... how tedious could it be unless you just happen to transpose a couple of numbers every third time you call. If you do that well.... you are not alone. I messed the numbers up once and it told me It was arriving in Dallas. Another time it told me I was in New Orleans.
