2022s Preconditioning on way to fast charger - Data Samples

I can't say that I have EVER cared in my 2022 SR XLT. I'm curious here though of the actual gain. I have 150kmi on my truck and I've fast charged A LOT. I've never got less than 160kW for 10min on chargers I know work and seen in CarScanner that my DC Max Charge Current was limiting me. That being said I can't really recall any fast charges where it was cold and may have been limited by battery temp being low for a brief period. Are you in a Northern Climate where low battery temps are an issue for you when needing to fast charge? I'm curious and willing to help if I can.

Yes, cold New England winters, in my personal use case, the problem is minor since I rarely use DCFC anyway, but on those rare occasions, the impact is that the session will take longer to ramp up the charge rate while the HVB temperature is being warmed.

This log file starts with my drive from Dracut Mass to Reading Mass Ionna DCFC.

While enroute I tinkered with maps, destinations to charger and operation of cabin heating while driving, no cycling of the HVB heating mode happened until I parked the truck and plugged into the DCFC station at 6 degrees F

You see the operation mode switching between 1 and 15 based on my playing the HVAC controls.

Mode 1 appears to be the recovery method, scavenging heat from power electronics and motor heat exchanger, mode 15 appears after plugging in and switching off cabin HVAC or on with demand temperature set to very low.

SOC, SOH & HVB Temp during that time frame, note 45 degrees retained from early afternoon level departure timed battery conditioning before the road trip started.

Coolant temps didn't start to rise until plugged in, note the scavenging mode while I was still driving. Positive energy is driving mode, negative energy is parked & charging mode.

Can someone post the visual indication of what happens on the dash or infotainment to confirm that preconditioning IS working/happening,, or is that yet another total failure on Ford's part to give the owner any of that info without using a scanner or other aftermarket tool?
