Adding a user to Fordpass

I'm the primary driver of the Lightning that we purchased as a work vehicle for my company. I need to add some additional drivers to the vehicle. I don't see a way to add a new user to Forpass. Is it just as simple as the person downloading the Fordpass app and then adding the VIN of the vehicle and then I need to approve it?
