It is unfortunately, I think I found it slightly cheaper. Side note I'm not entirely sure you need it. The wheels might stay within spec with the 1.5 inch drop. Might be worth installing the McGaughy's kit and checking before doing the icon camber kit. I didn't check and just had the shop do both.
Great that was what I was thinking. I'll try it first. Thanks a lot !

I dropped my rear 1.5” using the rough country kit. I checked the alignment values after and the toe was able to be brought back into spec, the camber then measured -1.8 degrees and max neg spec from Ford was -1.5 degrees. I opted to not install the camber kit as I saw that trouble not worth the correction (and, my 5’9” 160lb self was holy s**t worn out after battling with the massive bolts and springs - big ups to the dudes that do this work every day). As long as the toe is correct the additional wear from neg camber should be minimal.

Now, if you regularly tow/haul, the values might get a little crazy back there.

I did the Eibach springs, shocks and Icon camber kit. I love it and the truck performs very well. For example, I hauled 2400 lbs in the bed only 4 times this past weekend, no issue and didnt sit too lazy when loaded. The best part is the truck will still go 0 to 60 really fast (no downshifting and so on) and you cant tell there is a load. Here is a pic of me pulling off a little roof while loaded.

Good luck! Let me know how it turns out.
So I installed the McGaughy's kit this morning. Lowered the rear 1.5". Looks way better. I'll post some pics tomorrow after I get the alignment checked. Just eye balling it. Doesn't look like I'll need the camber kit .

So, with the McGaughy lowering rear spring mount. It dropped the rear 1.5 inches. Better, but I think just a little more would be nice! Went to get an alignment today. Some shops are still not able to do the Lightning! NTB you listening? Just eyeballing Camber should be ok. Toe appears in a little more. Have another appointment Tomorrow. Top pic is after.

Whenever the toe is adjusted, especially on the front, it’s necessary to then calibrate the radar and the cameras or else things could get interesting. Performing these calibrations requires expensive equipment and specialized training of a competent tech that actually cares about doing the job correctly. As a pro tech myself, your best bet is going to a dealer. And look for a dealership that looks put together and presents themselves well.
My 2 cents

Thanks for the heads up. I will double check the shop is capable of this.

Sitting in the Ford Dealer right now. Service writer just informed me that all the specs are right within limits. Good to go. No camber kit needed for the McGaughy lowering spring perch. Good deal!

For those of you who installed the RC or McGaughey's rear lowing cuff, I'm super interested in this rear lowering solution but would like some guidance on how it works. Conceptually, it looks like it is lowing spring seating perch, thus leaving the spring with the same amount of potential travel, while shortening the potential shock travel. This sound preferrable to pre-compressing the springs to reduce stance. If my understanding is correct, there would be 0 change to ride quality, correct? Additionally, only downside would be the moderate camber increase. Do I understand this correctly?

Anyone still using the McGaughy lowering spring perch setup without abnormal tire wear in rear? I am leaning doing this to the 2022 Lightning i just bought. It currently has a spacer in the front to level the truck, but i really don't enjoy how bouncy the truck is right now and the body roll in the corners. I am thinking of reversing the setup by taking out the spacer, replacing shocks on all 4 corners since the tires are showing wear signs of worn shocks (54k miles), and then doing this rear perch drop with the McGaughy lowering spring perch. I might even upgrade the swaybar if the sway is still to much in the corners. I need to replace the shocks anyways soon, so mightest well drop it for better road performance. I'm not huge on driving lifted trucks, prefer the lowered lifestyle most of my life.

Was thinking..
