Received this wonderful gift from my wife for Christmas - Matchbox Lightning Car

I don’t collect matchbox cars ( well I haven’t since I was 8 or 9) , but I loved this little gift I found under the tree . I noticed the major changes are the grill ( which is “closish” ) and the charging door which probably closes more reliably than my actual lightning . This will go right next to the Beastie Boys action figures she bought me last year .

Well I splurged then. Damn I feel bad. I got a 22 model Lariat with no markup & now I blow it on a overpriced Matchbook Lightning.

My gf bought me one for Xmas also. I was going to make a thread about it but didn't want to get laughed at ha ha.

She knows I've been waiting patiently for my delivery and it was a great gift.

I've been to 12+ dollar stores and 2 Walmarts looking for a Mach-E. They're on Ebay at absurd prices given they sell for $0.88 to $1.25 depending on the store. I will probably give up and order one eventually...
