Looks like a Model Y and a Flex had a baby.
Would hate to be sitting in that third row. No headroom!

It reminds me of one of the models Honda cancelled a week ago

I think battery density and miles / kWH the 3 row vehicles are just still a few years off.

Aside from airport shuttles / taxis etc, most people are considering a 3 row for a roadtripper / family hauler. Storage room, SIZE, and range really matter in that use case.

ICE is just going to be better at current. Hyundai is close with the 800V architecture but ultimately, it's not nearly the room of full 3 sizers.
What about Escalade IQ? Large, long range, 800V & 350kW charging speed.

What about the price range? $160,000 to $180,000 in Canada is crazy money.

The aerodynamics mean these things will all look pretty much the same, which means it would be pretty hilarious if they resurrected the Aerostar name for this!

yes. A fantastic throwback with an obious modern hook. Heck, that's what the MachE should have been instead of bluring the line with the Mustang. Since the Probe was a sporty car - the clear link to the Mustang could be preserved, but with none of the blowback from purists.

$140,000 price point !!!! Again the tech just isn't there for the masses.

200 kWH battery is just absolutely massive to achieve this. I think the reason we don't see Tahoe, suburban, expedition priced models is because the only way a company can make this profitable is to put it in the most premier lineup.

The Silverado Work Truck has the same battery and “chassis.” MSRP is 70ish thousand if I remember correctly. I see used ones with 450 mile range, 370kw charging, for low $40s. If there was a Tahoe equivalent to the work truck (dimensions of the Escalade IQ and trim of the work truck) I would probably own one right now.
