These things don't squat much with a load, there's 500lbs in the very back. Looks like it could carry another 1500 easily.

Payload is between 1800lbs to 2000lbs depending on model/configuration for 2025 model year. Good to know 500lbs didn't do much, it would have squished my SUV's suspension, lol

Yeah when I hooked my 26' enclosed trailer onto mine I was surprised at how little the truck squatted. The rear coils must be a progressive type.

i always forget to use tow/haul mode when carrying bed loads as a side note
I have done it in tow/haul and in normal. Really didn't note much of a difference, so I just leave it in normal now. Even at Max payload, the truck barely feels like it is carrying anything.

I have not towed anything with my Flash yet, but I have found a use for Tow/Haul mode. One of my uses of a 4x4 truck is driving to mountaintop 2-way radio sites. Going up the mountains I almost always use off-road mode, but coming down I have found that Tow/Haul gives more aggressive braking without having to touch the brake pedal ( I do NOT use 1-pedal mode).
