Charge history

I just noticed on ford app that my charger at home is named “Bobs Charger” which I set up. The problem under history charging it says QC followed by wrong address. Whats the correction ?

If you are using a Ford Charge Station Pro, I think it gets ID'd during the setup and will be the same in the FordPass APP in charging history.

If you are using another different charger, the QC and wrong address may be the name and address that charger reports to FordPass?

Just a guess though.

BTW: for others reading the thread, you can change the name of your FCSP using the "STATION NICKNAME" feature under settings within the Charge Station function at the bottom of the Energy Tab.

Now why are you seeing QC, no idea, did the name of your FCSP get changed?
