Charging error when preconditioning at 100% SOC

When going on a trip I will set my truck to charge to 100% at Home, Ford charge station pro.

It’s scheduled to do a regular departure at 7:20 every morning, but on the occasions when I set it to charge to 100% i get a charging error and the preconditioning stops. Nothing seems wrong other than that, but truck isn’t in optimal configuration for my long trip.

Anyone else see this?

I've not had that screen appear in Fordpass, though I have observed strange behaviour when trying to use departure timed preconditioning and being at 100%. The issue usually clears up after a power-off/on routine.

Since then I've adjusted my methods, for longer trips, charge to 95% prior evening, then leave at that level waiting for the scheduled departure time, depending on the seasonal extremes, this might kick off up to an hour prior to designated leave time. Once that starts, and I really need the extra 5% SOC, I'll click the START charging button to get the last 5% at the same time the conditioning is running, usually on my 80amp FCSP it's finished in about 30 minutes, with SOC reaching 100% and conditioning finishing up as well.

I know a lot of y'all will bitch that TESLA et.all does it better, but that's my adapt and overcome story.
