I've had a BougeRV 30 Quart https://www.bougerv.com/products/12v-car-fridge in the frunk for about a year and half now. I did a couple not-so-scientific tests with it when I first bought it. It never made the frunk noticeably warmer even on long road trips or just sitting for an hour or so. I just make sure not to block the vents on the side. It's still running fine although it can be a little weak to get the cold snacks down to temp and doesn't seem to have much insulation to keep them there once it turns off. But it does the job for cheap and doesn't seem to be bothered with jostling. For keeping a few waters and ice teas cool whenever I or the family wants one, it's pretty good.
