I bought a new 24 Lariat on 6/27, and they were mentioning if i wanted to wait for delivery due to a service bulletin with the sunroof.Called to schedule this today and was first told that they will only repair it if it is actively leaking. I pressed and then they said they could do it without a leak. They also said that 1 of the 3 parts they need to order are on backorder and not available. So I guess I will check back in later.....
Has anyone gotten this done?
They offered to do a car swap from my house for it if I took delivery, so finally the parts are in and I'm scheduled on 7/28.
Until this dropped in the app I really didnt know the full extent of the issue whatsoever but they did.
