I was seeing the same which has me interested considering I just spent ~$2,400 on repairs on cleaning for a leak.

This is funny that this recall popped up after my service appt 2 weeks ago. I took it in for a squeaky moonroof. It was missing 3 bolts and there was a couple others that were loose. Related? They couldn't tell me when I called and scheduled an appt. There is also a firmware update needed on the radio ecm.

+1. Especially after living with the Mach E pano roof during long Winter drives and watching traction (HV) battery power drain its mileage by cabin heat continuously dissipating through that pano roof. Never again a glass roof on any EV I will own.

Had a dealer pick up the truck, and wrong parts came in for the lightning CSP 25B08. The dealer originally said it was going to take 2 days to repair but now estimates it will take a whole week after the parts come in at the end of next month. My question is for those that did get the repair, is how long did your repair take? If it really is a week then I am asking for a courtesy car.

No idea, but I replaced the sunroof track on an older generation F150 in a day by myself. It was the first and only one I've ever done.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say an experienced Ford tech has worked on...uh...a lot of sunroofs and can knock out any required repairs in a few hours.

CSP alerts in FordPass App gone? You used to be able to click on a link in "service" and see another link for "Customer Satisfaction Program". I am no longer finding it within FordPass...has it moved/been deleted?

Called to schedule this today and was first told that they will only repair it if it is actively leaking. I pressed and then they said they could do it without a leak. They also said that 1 of the 3 parts they need to order are on backorder and not available. So I guess I will check back in later.....

Has anyone gotten this done?
