Ignore this. I have an 82lb dog that triggers the warning so I stopped only the passenger seat. When anyone is in there, the first thing I do is see the red light and tell them to belt up. Not a big deal. I did the passenger seat using the instructions while sitting in the driver seat. If that helps. Oh and I did it running, not in accessory.Who said I don't use it on public roads?
A lot of us use our trucks off public roads. I don't want to listen to the DING DING DING DING as soon as I put the truck in gear.
I normally use seat belt extenders that are essentially buckles that plug right in and defeat all the nanny crap on newer trucks, but it seems those are getting harder to find. Maybe the government has cracked down on those?
