It's for a Ford EV so I thought someone here already had one. And the car already came with a bracket and I would just remove it if it didn't leave holes in the bumper.

Custom made will be your best bet. I see a lot of places where you can even upload your own design and they produce the plate with it.

Yea something like that but less specific for all Ford EVs.

Just remove the bracket and install plastic rivets in the holes.
I had to do that on my wife's Tahoe because the front license plate holder was huge.

For her bumper, I actually used screw cap covers because her bumper was white and I could not fine white gloss plastic rivets.

None of my whips have front license plates or frames. Haven't been cited for 20+ years.
