I have the exact same issue on my 2023 Ford Lightning Lariat. I have long legs and have always rested my left knee against the driver's door on my other trucks for comfort. I can't do this with my lightning because of the very rattling you demonstrate in your video. It is most annoying that every time I forget and touch my knee to the door panel, that annoying squeaking starts to happen. Disappointing quality control issues with the interior. I have not enquired with my dealer whether this is something they would address under warranty. Has anyone else had luck going that route?
