ECG-24.2.4.10 Enhanced Stability

I've been greeted with a notification that I've received this ECG-24.2.4.10 update (and completed successfully) about 15 times now since October. I'm now convinced I have the most up-to-date version of ECG-24.2.4.10 on the planet.

Is there a point where getting these phantom notifications (i.e., 2x/week) is enough to suggest my truck is constipated, and needs some type of FDRS intervention to free the logjam so to speak?
