Cool pic! Best tow vehicle ever made in my opinion. I tow an 8,000lb travel trailer with mine regularly. Range is the only drawback, but most of the time I'm not going more than 125 miles from home to camp, so it works great!

It’s really a goddamn shame that the truck got so much bad press on the towing. This is my all time favorite vehicle I’ve ever owned and I have owned a lot! I watched some YouTube video today about the 10 worst vehicles nobody wants sitting in dealer lots right now and the Lightning was. #1. They focused on the towing range.

Yeah, if all you do is tow long distance, it’s not the right truck. But for EVERYTHING else it is stupendous.

I don't know what it is about peoples thoughts on pickup trucks. (not people in here, just in general) You MUST tow to justify owning it it seems like, people are strange isn't just lyrics in a great song. I don't tow anything any more, I do have a small utility trailer if I need it but sold my boat long ago.

Trucks can also HAUL stuff, the very thought of hauling anything in a pickup truck seems to be an alien concept for most that don't own one, or own a house.

They truly don't know what they are missing with this model, love mine.

The thing is, those that still haul most of the time they use a truck still do occasionally tow too. The overlap of those that tow, haul, and road trip with doing "truck things" is really high. I love the lightning, even did a few hundred miles towing our dutchman last week, but towing is a BIG weakness.

Pulled my trailer 3800 km a month ago and 1900km this past week. Have to stop every 2 hours but tows like a dream. Got a Comma 4 for the second trip. Can highly recommend it.
