@Ford Motor Company took my info via PM and then I got a call back and went from there. I wound up speaking to four different people before I finally got a call back from the OTA IVT Escalations person.

Any luck yet? Same boatMan over a year of being the first to get updates and stuck getting errors trying to install 2.5.1 lol.
I’m not mad or even particularly frustrated but the timing couldn’t have been less opportune…
I am just happy for everyone here that this is starting to roll out. It’s been a long trip but glad we are finally getting there!
I haven't applied the very last updates due to issues with the Nano however I did have to update myself via FDRS. OTA's got stuck last fall and never moved.Have any of the job 1 people stuck on 1.4.1 for the past several months received all of the updates for BlueCruise yet?
If so, did you just get it via OTA or did you have to update it yourself?
I am in the Early Access program and have received successful updates through 2.4.5. The System Update screen shows I have a pending update, but it will not complete and gives me a message in Ford Pass that says "We recently tried to install a Ford Power-Up Software Update for your 2021 F-150 but were unsuccessful. We'll need your help to finish it. It's pretty simple. You'll find detailed instructions on your in-vehicle screen." Unfortunately, when I turn the vehicle back on, there are no such instructions, and it just tells me I have a scheduled update awaiting. The update details say that the update is Ford Power-Up 2.5.1. I have tried doing the "Update Now" process as well as letting it attempt a scheduled update. Frustrating.
Hi there! Can you send us a PM with your VIN and Ford dealership information? I’d be happy to look into this F-150 concern on my end.
Mine is wrong in the other direction, but we're stuck on the same update version in the app.For those that received the 2.4.1 update a question. My Ford Pass App says I am on 2.4.1 as of February 21st, but when I check the update screen in the truck it says my last update was 2.3. I haven't received any updates since. Is having a different installation reported on the Ford Pass App than in the truck common?
I tried that a couple of weeks ago and was told they would not update my truck unless I had a particular issue and then it would be only that module. I was pissed and disappointed. They said if I insisted on them to be updated they would charge 198 per update per module. So I am stuck on 2.1.1 Job 1 truck built as date 11/20.I'm jealous of everyone now. I have had my F150 Powerboost Platinum for a year and have not received any SW updates. Taking to dealer tomorrow for recall and to have them check it out to see why.
198 PER module? Holy crap you can buy the adapter and a 2 day license for the cost of 2 modules at their price. Even if you got the Mongoose you would still be cheaper.I tried that a couple of weeks ago and was told they would not update my truck unless I had a particular issue and then it would be only that module. exactly what I did but I think something holding me out because still on 2.1.1198 PER module? Holy crap you can buy the adapter and a 2 day license for the cost of 2 modules at their price. Even if you got the Mongoose you would still be cheaper.
If I had an independent repair shop I would be charging something reasonable. Would make a lot of money and help a lot of people.198 PER module? Holy crap you can buy the adapter and a 2 day license for the cost of 2 modules at their price. Even if you got the Mongoose you would still be cheaper.
Start a complaint and get a case number by calling Ford. They cannot deny you. The several times I went after that, I was never charged for a new apim or their efforts to try update the firmware. Your dealer is just being an ass.I tried that a couple of weeks ago and was told they would not update my truck unless I had a particular issue and then it would be only that module.
