As of around 7:30 PM Friday night, I lost access to all the remote features when Ford pass would no longer respond with the refresh command, the truck is still usable in the meantime sans minor remote conveniences.
This morning I made a call to the Ford Customer Service hot line, opened a service ticket to have my Ford Pass account unlocked again. It might take 5 days to complete, can't be done by front line C/S for security concerns and so they can document the root cause (Charge Smart Ma app) is not a trusted application at this point.
In the meantime, I've removed the app, closed the account with Charge Smart and asked them to let me know when they have a fully functional security agreement with Ford, then I'd be happy to resume using the program and earn some TOU credits for charging during non-peak periods.
