Out of curiosity, what battery are you using. Additionally, you report high voltage, have you tried testing the voltage disconnected from the truck? If you have an OBD reader check the LVB SoC %.
Context:
I have noticed that my truck goes to sleep when the LVB reaches ~85% as reported by the truck, maybe it's normal but I suspect it's a mismatch between the actual LVB SoC and what the truck thinks it is. I haven't had the will to disconnect the battery, charge to full and perform a reset to verify the problem, at least for now. I just got an OpenEVSE that let's me throttle the charging rate so I can ignore it with minimal fuss for now.
Edit: I forgot to circle back to it, I think there could be a mismatch with yours and it's putting modules to sleep.
Edit 2: Reading below my post, I forgot to mention why measuring with battery disconnected. So long as the DCDC is on the voltage reading you take is going to be inaccurate I've had readings between 12.5v and 15.0v. It's just better to take it out and test.
