Fordpass failure to load/refresh

When I open the app and request a status update the screen shows the swirling circle briefly, then the screen blanks to white with the swirling circle in the dead center, never seen this before.

The desktop web site was log on was slow as well, but eventually loaded.

Seems to be working better now.

My app was really slow this morning too. I did get an update last night, and assumed it was because of that.

I'm suspecting similar issues, I've had Fordpass behave strangely while a non-inhibit update was downloading and self installing, while this one is an inhibit update, the bandwidth to download and store it might have caused the performance issue.

I'm installing that update as I write this, we just got home from breakfast/coffee run.

I had a FordPass connect error this morning as well. Seems to be better now. Last night with two releases, I never received a single notification to my app. I just gave each of them about an hour before I opened the door.

Wish this was just a bit smoother.

Not sure if it's related but my Ford Pass App thinks my truck is plugged in. Of course it is not. Home Screen shows Plugged in not charging??
