Looks like it supposed to show if car locked/unlocked, but for now Lock button is enabled, unlock is disabled, but both works.
After pressing the button it shows status, but immediately returns back when you don't know is car locked or unlocked.

Not sure why they have to block their own icon to show what is selected. there are other ways. This is not great looking but just saying:

I figure the communication through the system and to the trucks is too slow. All you truly need is a single icon. It should show the status of what the truck currently is - Locked or Unlocked. Touching it should do the opposite. That is if all worked well and were decently quick. However it isn't.

Knowing they still go with two icons - one for each, likely means we won't get good reliable status of what it is, but at least you can still issue a command to do whatever it is you would like to - Lock or Unlock.
