Ford F-150 Lightning Fuse/Circuit Breaker fault in traction battery IMG_5768

My 22’ lariat SR threw the orange stop safely message and wouldn’t start minutes after driving it all day and going to move the truck. My dealer tells me that a fuse or circuit breaker needs replaced in the battery. They have to drop the battery to do this once the part arrives, estimating two weeks till I’ll get it back ☹ Anyone else had this issue?

It’s not in the charger, they said it’s in the battery housing. I’m thinking it’s this guy.

They didn’t mention contactors, said it was a fuse box/circuit breaker. My truck is also part of the HV battery electrode misalignment recall but this is a separate issue.
The High Voltage Battery Junction Box (HVBJB) is the connection between the high voltage battery and the truck. Normally, it is off when the truck is off and on when the truck is on or charging. Thats one of the clicks you hear when you turn the truck on or plug it in. It has a bunch of smarts built into it, acting like a contactor/circuit breaker.

Unfortunately, if it is a fuse in the HVBJB, I'd want to know why it blew ;-). It isn't accessible without dropping the high-voltage battery.

My truck is part of the Electrode misalignment recall, it may have been a short due to that possibly? I’m probably pretty lucky that’s all it did?

That is unrelated
Why unrelated? A short in the battery could blow a fuse, right? Although a 60Amp fuse would seem too small. Maybe weak connection in pulling in a contactor would increase an Amp load?
