Probably neither. Both require cellular connection. You might want to consider a cell booster.I just moved to a new home that has really poor cellular service. I havenāt yet setup WiFi at the new house. I noticed that I canāt even remote start the truck via the app because it seems the truck canāt receive the signal over cellular. So Iām really hoping that when I do setup WiFi later this week Iāll be able to 1. Remote start and 2. Get OTAās via WiFi.

Well that's fun. I'll try a few different parking positions but if that doesn't help I guess I'll look into something like this? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CL68VH5X?ref=emc_p_m_5_i_atc&th=1Mark is right, you're hosed with no cell connection.
I mean the ratings are kinda low but pretty much what you're looking for, it needs to be AT&T compatible. Personally I use a Cel-Fi Go X G32. Although I'd classify it as very expensive, it's also very good at it's job. Went from can't hold a phone call to using a setup HotspotWell that's fun.
