Hi F-150 Lightning owners,
First, I want to wish everyone a happy holidays (for those who celebrate). Thank you for being a customer of Ford and sharing your passion for this special truck. Taking a look back on the year, I want to thank y'all for welcoming me into the community and allowing us (Ford) to show up differently than we have done before. We may not always get it right, but y'all welcoming me into this space has helped unlock more support and more information to improve your ownership experience. And we get to have a little fun along the way.
Second, like many of you, I have some much needed rest to take over the holidays to recharge, spend time with family and friends, and go touch some grass (or Michigan snow). I'm getting in early to let you know I will be offline for a majority of the time between December 23 and January 5, popping in every now and then to check in on y'all. Yes, I will be right here again next year - don't worry about that!
It takes a village on our end. Remember, I'm just a human carrier pigeon. There's a whole team behind the scenes that help me support this community, and without them I'm just hanging out and liking your posts. They make the real magic happen and many will be OOO with their families. If you need urgent support you can contact Ford customer support via the details in my signature, or your local dealer.
I'll be around today (Dec 22) getting through notifications, messages, tying up loose ends where I can.
Finally, it's only fair that I share a holiday card of (Actually AI) Brian.
