I had problems with my charger. I had to leave it at the dealership. They said it was the charger. That was a few months ago. It is again not charging correctly. So, barely under warrenty I am taking it in again. Now they think it is the truck. Why didn't they check the truck the first time?

Get new ones under warranty and save them for on the road emergencies only.

You were getting 32A?
Supposedly they were de-rated to 30A for the lightnings according to others.

Anyway, the error light table is:

There have been literal melt-downs of these devices (with smoke) according to some reports.

Sometimes it may have been because the dongle (240V or 120V) was not seated all the way into the case - or the contacts got corroded perhaps creating a hot spot.

Note on the 3rd table/image it mentions trying charging in a "cooler area" so heat is a factor when it charges more slowly.
