Got approved for my loan at Tower FCU for 3.49% at 72 months. My plan is hopefully I get my price protection check and I can refinance to lower my payments further.

That's a great rate, I'm locked in at 4% (unless Ford can somehow beat that).

Well, Build date was 1/13 and on the 16th I was given an ETA of 2/10 to 2/16. My truck was on ramp 5 in Flat Rock Michigan at that point.

My status still has not switched to "Built" and I finally chatted with Ford today and guess what I was told:

My truck is still on ramp 5 in Flat Rock Michigan. They did confirm no chip holds.

What gives? I'm in western North Carolina so can't imagine my truckmaking it 617 miles by road in a week or ten days. Sheesh.

Picked it up yesterday and it is fun to drive!

I didn’t have any of the price locks like a lot of you and no room to negotiate when you order the truck, so everything was very easy and smooth. In and out in a little over an hour (most of the time looking at the truck while we waited for finance). Ford asked me to finance with them, but they couldn’t get anything below 7%. I’m going to buy an extended warranty through Granger Ford online in the next month.

Coming from a ‘07 Accord, this truck is a spaceship and so many options. My dealer was great and while we waited for finance, he took me out and we switched on all the settings, hooked up my phone, and security functions. I would have thought most of the setting were automatically turned on, but everything was set as off originally. I sat in my truck today going through all the options on my own and didn’t realize until I looked at the clock that two hours passed by.

It’s well worth the wait!

I haven't had any luck using the United Road tracking site, so I just have to wait for the dealer to let me know when my AMB XLT SR gets moved from Nashville. Very nervous due to reduced pricing on MMe I plan to trade in. Hopefully, the AWD and ER along with the Grabber Blue color helps - but I'm not banking on it. GLTA ?

I haven't had any luck using the United Road tracking site, so I just have to wait for the dealer to let me know when my AMB XLT SR gets moved from Nashville. Very nervous due to reduced pricing on MMe I plan to trade in. Hopefully, the AWD and ER along with the Grabber Blue color helps - but I'm not banking on it. GLTA ?

yeah when i put in my vin nothing seems to happen, not even an error saying VIN not found.

So my truck is being transported by United Road also. I found you need to make sure the check box 'I am not a robot' is there, otherwise hit refresh. Type in your vin, check the check box and then it populates (if they're transporting your truck). Still no additional information from it, just more torture.

As of Friday night, my dates moved up to 2/3-2/9 from 2/8-2/14, but still nothing. I leave for vacation on the 8th so pretty sure it'll show up as I'm leaving.

That was the trick! refreshed the page and then saw the checkbox.

@EVMainer looks like we have different load numbers FWIW. Load# 68564127 for me.

I have always checked the box, but still no data returned. I do get the "thinking" spinning icon and then nothing. BTW, if you haven't checked the box you cannot execute the Green Search button. This was pointed out in an earlier post in this thread. I surmise, my Lightning isn't on United Road.

Some further sleuthing on United Road delivery receipts. It appears that once it is delivered (and signed for) the destination in blue becomes an active hyperlink so that you can see a pdf of the delivery receipt. Grabbed a VIN from a vehicle already on the dealer lot to look up, and the hyperlink is active. Mine is not at this point, so looks like it is in their system, but not yet actually delivered. Obsessive tracking continues....

I just did this as well and it made me feel better about my status on the united road site. I didn't have the Rotunda listed under my truck, but one of the trucks that was delivered back in December also didn't have the Rotunda listed so theres still hope its not stuck out in the cold waiting.
