Modem stopped communicating with Ford App and with Ford

I am at the dealership now hoping they can diagnose and correct the issue. They say about 2 Hrs to diagnose.
Anyone else had this issue.?

Yes, mine has been sporadic since I got the truck (Nov ‘23). Dealer worked on it once to mixed results. I have done the reset options (battery & fuses) and set up mesh WiFi to garage… nothing.

It is heading into the dealer this week for recalls, service interval, & modem. Fingers crossed.

Looks like they fixed it, it had thrown some codes and needed an update. Very good session at Ford.
Best part the sales people didn’t try to sell me something.
