OBCC-AS.AU OTA [EAP Phase]

Newest OTA. What’s weird is I got this after I had failure after failure of PT 25.11.4. Which never installed via OTA just moved onto this new OBCC. I wonder if the ford engineers figured out the issue and this new one supersedes it?

PT-25.11.4 failed on me too the first time. Next day I got the sirius xm update which installed fine and then the PT-25.11.4 started downloading again. Hooked up the power supply I use with FDRS and kicked off the update. 9min of the truck sounding like a swarm of angry bees and all was good this time around

Mine failed so many times that Ford stopped the update for mine. I took it to the dealer, and they claimed that “PT OTA” was attempting to update modules that the park pawl recall had already updated. This was causing the issue for me, and I had to wait for Ford to send me a new OTA.

According to Ford Mobile repair tech this update also does the trailer recall, and it has been removed from my Ford pass out to anyone else. Check to see if yours removed if you got the OBCC

Considering OBCC is not ITRM imma say not. Also consider I received this already, and still have the open recall. That being said, I just checked for the exact date of the OBCC in my history and it doesn't show that particular update even though I know it is installed. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I forgot the whole point of why I was posting anyway, I suspect there was a miscommunication and the update is applied when doing the recall. Or similar.

Almost everyday since I've received this update my MyView has reset on the IPC -_-

After this update I noticed I slight change in behavior after DC Fast Charging. I normally don't turn off the truck prior to plugging in, and once I unplug the truck is left in accessory mode. This morning, after unplugging, the truck was still on, not in accessory mode, and ready to drive. Anyone else notice this change?

Considering OBCC is not ITRM imma say not. Also consider I received this already, and still have the open recall. That being said, I just checked for the exact date of the OBCC in my history and it doesn't show that particular update even though I know it is installed. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I meant to say. I called to get the update but the mobile tech look up my vin and said it was applied via OTA. It took like 3 days and the recalls is no longer on my ford pass when he looked it into system it showed it updated with the OBCC update .bs or not it updated

I’ll find out in 2 weeks when I go to so cal for vacation
