Update: Parts arrived on Wednesday and Blue Mule goes to the dealer on Monday morning. Tech believes it will only take a day or two. ?

Update: Blue Mule is home! This was the first battery repair work they did. It took 10 days and the dealer was very apologetic for the delays. The weekend days were lost as they only have one certified tech to work on BEVs and he wasn't able to work them. Two other days were lost due to directions not containing an accurate tool list, adhesive taking longer to set, and having to undo/redo a few steps - step not defined in correct order.

I'll try to post the invoice so the things done are identified by task numbers in a separate post.

Bottom line is the dealership / technician learned a lot and will give a lot of feedback to Ford.

Update: My yellow wrench was for a failed coolant diverter valve first seen in May and has showed up every time the truck runs. Took it to the dealer a month ago, they had to back order the part so I kept driving. Part came in, service team was honest that this was their first ev repair of this nature and wasn’t sure how long it would take. It went faster than they expected and it was done in roughly five hours. All under warranty.

I never had any issues with charging or driving.
