22 Lightning: Anyone else have the popping sound on the passenger side dash
Ford F-150 Lightning 'Popping' sound on passenger side end of dash rattle
? I do believe it's the panel on the end of the dash (see stock photo). Pushed it in, and it stopped, only to start again later. Also have a slight metal 'tink' sound from rear seat area. Sounds like a seatbelt moving one click up, haven't figured out that one yet. I do not like noises. Other than that, truck is rock solid. I'll have the dealership check it.

Yes. I drove a Lariat Mannequin that has a sound from the passenger side dash/door. I thought maybe the inside door handle. Also heard the same noise from the rear.

Sorry, I have the 22 Lightning. Image supplied is not, just a stock image.

Same in my truck. When driving I hear similar noises. Seems to be coming from the speaker 🔊 on the front right passenger door. My buddy placed his hand on it firmly while on a drive and the sound stopped. To me it seemed like a loose pin.

Obviously the above is not the fix… just something that may lead in the right direction to identify where the noise is coming from. Right front door Panel may need to come off to fix the issue.

I’m going to let the dealership look at it and share what I learn.

I was installing my dash cam on the drivers side, and noticed those side panels pop off (of course they do), I ended popping both side panels off and the 'popping' from the right side has stopped.

I’ll have to try that. Thanks for the tip.

Yeah, just taking them off and putting them back on insuring all clips clip in helped mine greatly.

Just got my truck back from dealership service. The popping I had on the passenger side of the dash, they added insulation behind the dash near firewall, left loose and it stopped.

The Bass rattling in the rear was caused by the headliner fluttering near the rear window. They added insulation and it stopped.
