A TT-30 receptacle is rated for 120V. Are you talking about a pedestal with two TT-30s - measuring from the hot on one to the hot on the other?
I was replying to the question about using one of these plug adaptors. It takes two legs of TT-30 to create a "240 volt 30 amp" 14-50 outlet. I personally would be very leery of using such a plug but there seems to be some question about how it would fail if you plugged it into two TT-30 outlets that are on the same leg.
I think if someone were to acquire one of these plug adaptors, they should be well versed in electrical wiring and should carry an voltage tester to insure the proper connection.

Since this adaptor uses TT-30 outlets, the rated current would be 30 amps maximum. It is likely the Ford Mobile charger could trip one or both of the circuit breakers if it pulls the full 30 amps. It is much better to actually get a 14-50 outlet that is supported by a 50 amp breaker for the Mobile charger.
