I got the same errors this morning, my dealer told me to bring it in next week and did not offer me a loaner. I don’t even know if I can drive it there with reduced power.
@DanielM92563 I'm in central San Diego & had same error code and had great service from Mossy Ford in Pacific Beach. Another Temecula user on here also had great luck at Ken Grody Ford, search powertrain malfunction for various threads, this s way too common. Make sure to contact Ford BEV team on this forum.

The same thing has happened to our truck 2023 Ford F-150 Lariat. Back in November (~35k miles) we got both notifications: Powertrain Malfunction/Reduced Power AND High-Voltage Battery Warning. We had the truck towed an hour away to the Ford Dealership in Durango, CO. They had the vehicle for over 2 months...they indicated that it was battery array #3. It took a long time to get the part and then the machine they needed to fix it needed a part as well (a balancer?). Finally they said they would manually balance it.

It was manageable. They towed the truck, we were able to get a loaner - smooth process overall. The biggest hiccup was that we had to drive a Mustang Mach 3...which is a problem here in Colorado with snow and ice - we really need a 4WD. But the weather cooperated and we were fine. All covered under warranty.

Now less than two months later we've had the same issue. They came and towed it pretty quickly - no issues. But now they don't have a loaner for us, they said we could rent something out of pocket and we would be reimbursed. The only car rental is in Durango (an hour away) They do not deliver vehicles if you are over 5 miles away (which has to be just about everyone as the airport is in BFE). Ford is allowing $60 per day, Enterprise charges $88 per day. No recourse.

We have been without a vehicle for almost a week now. We live in a rural community with no Uber, no Lyft, no taxis.

They are saying that now battery array #7 is bad.

I asked about a buy back for the following reasons:

1. They took almost 70 days to repair the vehicle the first time
2. The same thing is happening again
3. They are discontinuing this vehicle - will parts be available? Will anyone be able to repair them?
4. We purchased this vehicle brand new to avoid these issues

They said they could not buy it back because we are past lemon laws for Texas (the state where purchased the vehicle) and Colorado (the state we currently live). I said therefore you won't buy it back because you don't have to. That was denied, but is obvious the case.

Has anyone else had the same issues and were they resolved with some sort of closure (the same issue didn't keep coming up) or same issues with rental vehicles? We are beyond frustrated and considering doing a volunteer repossession to get out of this vehicle and the remainder of the loan...Any thoughts?

The truck is still within powertrain and bumper-to-bumper warranty coverage, get her fixed then sell if you're no longer confident in the reliability of this unit.

I don't think we'll get what we owe on it...I've looked at the Blue Book values, they are less than the remainder of the loan.
