Sign into your Ford online account, go to the Support & Service dropdown menu and you'll get the owner's manual for your VIN.

I can't imagine paying $40 for a manual that is free as a PDF.

hopefully they'll have a 2023 one available soon. Differences are few but might be important ones.

Helm now has the 2023 printed manual available. 2023 F150 Lightning Printed owners manual Just in time for me. My lightning will be here in the next couple weeks and I need some bathroom reading material!
