Last OTA was 6.4.0 followed by the Tesla charger update. You are on the latest Sync version and not showing many updates pending. After digging a little deeper, it seems some module updates were done with FDRS on 3/29, so there are certain OTA's you won't get since they were done manually. Nothing to be concerned about here.

No OTA's have been sent to you yet, but your truck was built 4 months ago, so no surprise there. Modules with pending updates are below.

Still new to this and figuring everything out. So with it being built so recently do I have the tesla update, or still waiting on it?

Hello all,

I wanted to start a thread here for people to want to get their VINs run through PTS or FDRS. Anyone that has PTS or FDRS access, please feel free to jump in the thread and provide info if a request is made.

PTS shows OTA history and/or if you have any active OTA triggers waiting to install on your vehicle. You can also pull window stickers, see what DTC's the truck is reporting to the cloud (this only works if you have your Fordpass set up), pull up wiring diagrams, check for open recalls, warranty history, and more.

FDRS checks will show all modules on the vehicle that have a pending update on Ford's server. This can also be done with PTS, but it is not as accurate as FDRS. Any questions about the FDRS process, please refer to this thread; let's keep this one specific to VIN checks and not FDRS procedural questions:

If you prefer to not post your VIN publicly on the forum, feel free to message me privately. In your request, please specify what you need checked. OTA history? Modules pending updates? Why is an OTA failing? etc

Note: If you want an FDRS specific check, please note that I only have FDRS access in the evenings when I am home with my laptop. Unless someone else with FDRS access can chime in, any specific FDRS checks would have to wait until I am home for me to do.

Can you check out mine? Dealer states all updates have been applied at delivery I know they haven’t…. I haven’t received any OTA

You are showing an OBCC update pending, so I don't think you've gotten it yet.

You got TCU OTA 6.4.0 on 4/2. Vehicle history shows lots of modules were updated with FDRS in late March and you have no pending updates at this time.

Your car is not reporting any codes that I can tie to your issue. The only thing I see of concern is that your GWM is consistently reporting DTC U2403 citing ethernet failure with the IPC. I am always wary of these types of codes because they are hardware related. It could just be a loose plug somewhere, but I can't tell from what I can see what is causing the issue.

Modules pending updates are below. I don't see anything wrong with your truck. OTA dashboard shows you got your first two OTAs sent in the past two weeks. Hopefully the trend continues and you continue to get more.

Window sticker is attached and shows no deletes. Your truck seems to be favored by the OTA gods and has a very extensive and healthy OTA history. Only missing 6.13.0 and a few PU updates.
